I disagree. I don't eat red apples, I don't take vitamins, I am not very extroverted, I don't get enough sleep, and I don't wash my hands that often. I think that if you just try to generally eat healthy, exercise and remain positive you'll do pretty well. Those who seem to worry about their health and do all of these things seem to get sick more than the rest of us who don't.

I will agree that you can not do all of these things and still live ahealthy life. But I would also say that if you do follow this list, yourodds of being happier and healthier are at least increased. But even as youpointed out the real keys to “doing pretty well,” (exercise, eat healthy,and remain positive) are remarkably simple to identify, but very hard for toconsistently do. That's why lists like these are so popular.
