But I would also say that if you do follow this list, your&lt;br&gt;odds of being happier and healthier are at least increased.  But even as you&lt;br&gt;pointed out the real keys to &quot;doing pretty well,&quot; (exercise, eat healthy,&lt;br&gt;and remain positive) are remarkably simple to identify, but very hard for to&lt;br&gt;consistently do.  That&#039;s why lists like these are so popular.</description>

I don&#039;t eat red apples, I don&#039;t take vitamins, I am not very extroverted, I don&#039;t get enough sleep, and I don&#039;t wash my hands that often.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think that if you just try to generally eat healthy, exercise and remain positive you&#039;ll do pretty well.  Those who seem to worry about their health and do all of these things seem to get sick more than the rest of us who don&#039;t.</description>
